Christian is a partner of our associated office in Chile, based in Santiago. He and his team is known for being a Key labour team experienced in an array of labour matters, including structuring relationships between companies and unions in the areas of retail, mining, telecommunication, health and pharmaceutic areas, among others. Adept at handling sensitive judicial cases involving constitutional rights and contractual contingencies.

Christian has a lot of experience and technical knowledge, both in terms of theoretical expertise and also in the practical application of labour legislation and administrative regulation. The sense of certainty that Christian convey in their actions and their solid advice are key strengths.

Christian’s practice focuses on providing local and foreign companies support in the implementation, development and maintenance of structured and healthy relationships between employers, employees and unions.

This entails assistance with issues such as the drafting, fulfilment and termination of employment contracts, remuneration, due diligence processes, litigation, counsel and participation in collective negotiation processes and subcontracting.
