Chris Saxon is the practice head of the Australian office's Energy, Resources and Infrastructure practice. He has more than 25 years' experience in infrastructure, resources and M&A transactions and has been consistently ranked as one of Australia’s foremost project lawyers. Chris advises on government restructuring transactions and privatisations. He advises on acquisitions and developments of infrastructure projects across various sectors, including energy (gas, electricity, renewable), mining, transport and social infrastructure.
