Based in St James’s, Warnerheath provides HNW private clients with a discrete property search and acquisition service. The company works discreetly and exclusively to source and acquire prime properties in London and internationally.

Chris lives and works in central London and remains very close to the action. He has extensive experience and know-how, and sources some of London’s finest properties, both off-market and on-market. He is skilled at negotiating the best possible terms for clients and remains ceaselessly available throughout a property acquisition to sale completion. He invests heavily in client relationships – including travelling regularly overseas on client business – whilst working at length to build and grow our trust and reputation in any client relationship.

Chris works with some of the best regarded and well-established network of trusted advisors and partners including lawyers, tax experts, private banks, surveyors, architects and education consultants.

Chris’s clients come from a wide range of different professions and industries, including the arts, TV, music, fashion, design, tech, sports, and finance. His property search work includes looking for period and new build properties, warehouses, former factories, chalets, seaside pavilions and manor houses, among others. Bidding wars, sealed bids, remote buying, auctions, gazumping, gazundering all continue, and Chris likes nothing more than navigating clients successfully through these challenging processes.
