Chiko is the Senior Partner and head of Chibesakunda & Company's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. He has over 25 years' experience advising clients in relation to litigation, arbitration and regulatory and compliance issues across a number of sectors including fast moving consumer goods, industrials and financial services.

Chiko’s experience spans acting for multinational corporate clients and large local corporate state-owned enterprises in relation to a wide range of contentious issues. Chiko has established a strong practice in the area of regulatory litigation where he has represented clients before, among others, the Competition and Consumer Protection Tribunal, the Capital Markets tribunal, the Planning Appeals tribunal.
