Chiara Marchisotti

Chiara advises Italian and international clients on intellectual property law, handling litigation, transactional and advisory matters. Her practice includes assistance in court and interim proceedings, as well as ongoing advisory work on licensing, co-branding and IP transfer agreements, legal opinions and support in commercial and corporate transactions, including due diligence activities.

She regularly assists leading clients in the entertainment, publishing, media, luxury, retail and technology sectors, with a particular focus on digital platforms and artificial intelligence-related matters, advising on the protection, management and enhancement of intellectual property assets, with particular focus on copyright, trademarks, designs and IP and digital issues related to new technologies. She has also developed experience advising users and collecting societies on issues at the intersection of copyright law and collective rights management.
