Cheryl Hader

Cheryl Hader is an experienced estate planning and litigation attorney who helps clients protect and transfer their wealth across generations and borders. She advises on complex domestic and international tax, probate, prenuptial matters, trust and charitable matters, and represents clients in disputes involving estates, trusts and businesses. Cheryl advises in connection with closely held business interests, commercial real estate, private equity funds, hedge funds, and the disposition and administration of intellectual property rights. Cheryl also counsels clients in connection with will contests and estate and trust litigation.

She also serves as a director of several family foundations and has authored a book on estate planning and valuation rules. Cheryl holds an LL.M. from New York University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and a BA from Yale University. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
