Chatri Trakulmanenate

Chatri Trakulmanenate is a partner at The Capital Law Office, with more than 20 years' experience in Capital Markets, M&A, and Corporate law. He represents leading domestic and international clients on international and overseas securities offerings, equity and debt, M&A restructuring, investments, and on general commercial matters. He regularly advises on complex offerings under Rule 144A, Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act, and under Thai securities law. His extensive Capital Markets experience includes representing: Canopus International Ltd. and Indorama Ventures Plc. on issuance/sale of Zero Coupon Secured Exchangeable Bonds and listing on the SGX, and advising Phatra Securities on the IPO/listing of Praram 9 Hospital Plc. on the SET. Significant M&A experience includes: advising Thanachart Capital Plc. and Thanachart Bank on a business merger to become the 6th largest bank in Thailand. Other notable clients: King Power Group of Companies, Thai Nippon Rubber Industry Plc., Thai Plaspac Plc., Raimon Land Plc., Scoot Pte. Ltd. and KPN Healthcare Plc.
