Since its creation in 2009, she has been assisting the association Entreprises pour les Droits de l'Homme (Businesses for Human Rights), which brings together 30 major French companies working together on the implementation of human rights due diligence measures.

Charlotte holds a double master's degree in international and European law and a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in international human rights law.
