Private Children Law:
Charlotte's frequently instructed in matters involving the most serious of issues, including allegations of parental alienation, domestic abuse and the abuse of a child (emotional, physical, sexual).
Charlotte acts in matters which involve disputes relating to all aspects of parental responsibility, which include living arrangement of children, contact dispute, together with disputes relating to medical treatment, education, religion and name and identity issues.
International Children Law:
Charlotte has experience in cases involving abduction (Hague and non-Hague) as well as those private law cases with an international element, such as leave to remove applications (both temporary and permanent), together with issues relating to the relocation of a child to different jurisdictions by the state.
Public Children Law:
Charlotte’s public law practice focuses on those cases that include significant allegations of harm, including non-accidental injury, shaken baby syndrome, cases involving the death of a child, fabricated or induced injury cases, together with cases relating to mental health or incapacity concerns.
