Charlotte Forssander

Charlotte Forssander has worked exclusively with employment law for more than 20 years. Up until 2021, she was one of the leading employment law partners at one of Sweden's top firms. In 2021, she started her own boutique firm together with a former partner colleague.

In her new firm, Charlotte Forssander continues to provide the full range of employment law services to employers, but is now also able to take on matters for executive level employees. Charlotte is particularly strong on contentious matters, where her long and broad experience allows her to provide solid strategic advice to both employers and employees.

A longstanding focus area of Charlotte’s is matters relating to trade secret infringement or other alleged loyalty breaches, e.g. of non-compete clauses. Since starting her own firm, she has received several mandates in this field, acting both for the employer and the ex-employee/new employer side.

Charlotte’s international experience (she was a practicing attorney in the US for several years) also makes her a natural choice for international companies with a presence in Sweden.
