Career

Before becoming a construction lawyer, Chuck was a mechanical contractor and responsible for estimation, design, management and oversight of 200 employees in a commercial and large scale residential mechanical contracting firm. This experience created the foundation for nearly 30 years in his construction law practice. He represents public and private owners and developers, designers, national and international contractors and subcontractors in all aspects of construction law. He specializes in preparing integrated project documentation for large complex construction projects, advising clients on all contractual and legal issues through-out the course of project delivery, and handling large complex disputes in both ADR and litigation in state and federal courts. He has lectured and prepared numerous articles on construction and government contract law.
