Charles A. Deluca has litigated cases on behalf of individuals, businesses and insurance carriers since 1977. Over his 40 years of practice, he has enjoyed exceptional success in his many jury trials.

Chuck was invited to become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL). The ACTL is composed of the best of the trial bar in the United States and Canada. Fellowship in the ACTL is extended by invitation to only those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose careers have been marked by the highest ethical standards, professionalism and civility. Fellowship is limited to 1% of the Bar and Fellows must have a minimum of 15 years of experience. In addition to being invited to join the ACTL, Chuck was also invited to join the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). The IATL is limited to 500 attorneys from around the world whose skill, ability, character and integrity qualify them for membership.
