Chantal-Aimée Doerries QC is a commercial barrister with over 25 years’ experience of representing parties in large international infrastructure and energy and natural resources disputes. She practices from Atkin Chambers in London. As well as acting for major infrastructure clients in Europe and in the UK, she is regularly instructed on large international arbitrations in Asia-Pacific. Recent cases have included client/projects in Australia, China, South Korea, Singapore, India, The Philippines, Bangladesh, Indonesia and CIS. Much of this international work concerns onshore and offshore energy disputes, infrastructure projects, shipbuilding, as well as, commodities, insurance, bonds and guarantees. She has acted in numerous arbitrations including under ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC, SCMA, UNICTRAL and Swiss Rules.
