Chad has achieved significant victories in all of Delaware’s courts, including the Delaware Supreme Court and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an experienced litigator with expertise in a variety of areas, including complex financial and commercial litigation, trusts and estates litigation, intellectual property litigation, and insurance litigation. Chad has litigated several high-profile trust disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery, and he has counseled numerous trust companies on fiduciary and regulatory matters.
Chad also has an active ADR practice, with substantial experience arbitrating and mediating commercial disputes.
