Prior to joining SIMON Law, Cécile worked as a partner at two major international law firms and gained significant experience in cross-border transactions, group restructurings, structuring of private equity deals and setting up of investments funds, advising her clients both on the corporate and tax aspects.
Cécile has an outstanding reputation in tax disputes, advising corporate and individual clients on all aspects of tax audits and tax litigation files.
Cécile is a member of several tax associations in Luxembourg and France, and currently co-chairs the Luxembourg branch of the Women of IFA Network (WIN).
