Career

Catriona has more than three decades of experience in competition law and is well known for her work in EU and international merger control, representing clients in some of the largest most complex deals in the market. She also represents clients in antitrust investigations and compliance issues in connection with unilateral conduct, cartels and vertical restraints.

Catriona’s experience spans a broad range of industries including energy, chemicals, life sciences, mining, technology, media and entertainment, sports and automotive.
