Practice Areas
Catherine is the Head of the Civil Liability and Insurance Department. She handles Civil liability disputes, notably in Industrial risks, Product liability (including Product recall), Food law, Medical malpractice, Environmental liability, Directors and Officers liability (D&O), Accident & Health, Construction, Employer’s liability. She deals with complex litigation cases, notably with an international or multijurisdictional aspect, before the French courts or as monitoring counsel in proceedings pending in foreign jurisdictions (including class actions before the US courts).
Her experience in Insurance law includes coverage disputes, international insurance programs, fraud and professional arbitration.
She has also developed an in-depth experience in Sports law and sports insurance.

Catherine has launched a working group on artificial intelligence and is interested in its impact on civil liability and insurance.
She regularly provides training courses in civil liability and insurance law and belongs to a mentoring program and mentors several young people who are interested in the legal field.
She is recognized in Best Lawyers in Insurance law.
