Catherine Daw is a partner and head of the Brachers employment and HR team. She mainly works with large employers, particularly those in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors, giving strategic and day-to-day advice, including on workforce restructuring issues and employee disputes. Catherine has an in-depth understanding of the constraints on public sector clients and the challenges faced by businesses and provides advice to boards and senior directors. Advice is tailored to clients' objectives and focused on their business aims. She represents clients in relation to complex employment tribunal claims, particularly complaints of discrimination and those connected with whistle-blowing.
Catherine also delivers in-house employment and HR training and regularly speaks at seminars and conferences.
