Career
Catarina Levy Osório, ALC Advogados' managing partner, is a dual-qualified lawyer (member of the Angolan and Portuguese Bar Associations), has relevant experience in Angolan law, advising clients on corporate, private investment, tax and labour law in that jurisdiction.
Catarina is also frequently involved in banking and finance, handling various types of financing operations, and related foreign exchange matters.
She participates in several mergers and acquisitions projects and the 2021 edition of the reputed IFLR1000 directory distinguished Catarina with two awards in the Mergers and Acquisitions practice: as highly regarded and as a Woman Leader in Angola jurisdiction. The awards, that aim to distinguish the best professionals of each jurisdiction, is given based on the recommendations of its clients and peers, as well as the excellence of its services.
The ITR World Tax also recognised Catarina as a Women in Tax Leader.
