Caroline Roberjot

Caroline is head of our Residential Property team in London.

Caroline works with residential and commercial property, banking and finance, specialising particularly in looking after high net worth individuals and advising them in respect of their UK based transactions, whether personally or via their offshore trusts, dealing with prime London property, as well as country estates. She has long standing experience acting on behalf of residential and commercial developers from the purchase of sites to end use, dealing with all environmental and planning aspects.

Caroline has acted in the acquisition of ‘trophy’ buildings in the UK and also on hotel acquisitions. She acts for many private and commercial banks and deals with banking and security documents for lenders. Caroline has very well established links with clients, family offices, trust companies and banks in the Channel Islands, Monaco, Switzerland, Isle of Man and Singapore built up over the years.
