Dr. Carolin Sabel’s practice focuses on disputes in the financial sector. A particular focus is on advising and representing clients in connection with civil recourse in cum/ex and cum/cum matters. Dr. Sabel also regularly advises on disputes involving tax law, corporate law or insolvency law, and represents her clients before state courts and arbitral tribunals.
