Carlos Neira leads the Garrido White Collar Crimes department, which represents and defends taxpayers in proceedings related to crimes against the Public Treasury.

Career

He is tax inspector currently on a leave of absence.

He joined Garrido more than ten years ago, after working in the Tax Administration.

Carlos Neira is a reputed professional, highly respected both in private circles and in the Tax Administration for his expertise as a lawyer and for the reliability of his legal expert reports.

He is also a lecturer in Economic Criminal Law at the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid.
