Carlos Neira leads the Garrido’s White Collar Crimes department, representing and defending taxpayers in proceedings for crimes against the Public Treasury.

Career

Carlos Neira joined Garrido almost 15 years ago, after working in the Tax Administration –he is a tax inspector currently on a leave of absence-.

Carlos is also a lecturer in Economic Criminal Law at the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid.
