Carlos Ferran Martinez is Managing and Founding Partner of Ferran Martínez Abogados. He specializes in Labor and Employment matters, primarily focused on consultancy, litigation labor restructures, compliance, and social security matters for multinational companies, as well as providing training sessions for clients in anti-corruption matters. Mr. Ferran Martínez actively participates in the implementation of incentive programs, high-risk employment terminations, as well as conduction of complex collective negotiations with Unions. Mr. Ferran Martínez graduated with honors in a record time of 3 years from Universidad Iberoamericana. He also holds a PhD and a Master’s Degree in Labor Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho. Moreover, he is an active writer in specialized magazines and legal publications.
