Career

Mr. Estebenet has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including international and domestic insurance and reinsurance companies. He is also a highly regarded negotiator, advisor and litigator with expertise across the full spectrum of the insurance industry. He also advises on major coverage issues and frequently provides litigation expertise in insurance and reinsurance coverage, claims and other disputes. Due to his extensive experience in the insurance industry, he frequently deals with insurance departments in Argentina and is regularly consulted by the regulatory authorities in connection with insurance matters. Mr. Estebenet is also a regular speaker at conferences related to his practice and has authored several articles in his area of expertise and now he is President of AIDA World . He currently shares his practice with Juan Estebenet, a partner who practises litigation and negotiation under the name "Estebenet Abogados".
