Carla Naia has been practicing law for over 25 years, specializing in Labor Law since 2004.

She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal in 1995 and complemented her training with a postgraduate degree in Human Engineering (2005) from the University of Minho. Subsequently, she obtained certification as a Senior Technician in Occupational Health and Safety, enabling her to provide more comprehensive and technical advice on workplace accidents.

She has always dedicated herself to the practice of law, with a particular focus on Labor Law, an area to which she has dedicated herself exclusively since 2006, when she joined Cuatrecasas, where she coordinated the Labor Department of the Porto office until September 2017. After a short period of independent practice, she joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão and, later, Delgado & Associados.

Carla Naia's area of ​​expertise thus focuses on labor law, advising both companies and management, with a pragmatic, humane and empathetic approach to the client.
