Cândida Caffé has been working at Dannemann since 1999 and is in charge of the area of IP Transactions. She has extensive experience in transactions involving IP rights and business agreements, in particular technology transfer, technical assistance, licensing and assignment of IP rights, franchising, software, agency, and comercial agreements in general.
Career
She is a full Professor of Intellectual Property at PUC-Rio and author of several articles published in specialised journals and newspapers. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Professional Memberships
She is a past president of LES Brasil (Licensing Executive Society) and former legal director of the Brazilian Association of Franchising-RJ Section. Cândida is also the coordindator of the technology transfer Committee of the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property (ABPI).
