Can Sözer is the head of IP and Technology practice group and Healthcare industry group partner at Esin Attorney Partnership. His main areas of practice are data privacy, healthcare law, IT/C law, consumer protection law, commercial law, contracts law, marketing law, regulatory, environmental law, media & entertainment law and product liability law.

He regularly advises international and domestic technology, internet and media companies and provides data protection, telecommunications and e-commerce advice to clients from a wide variety of sectors. With an extensive background in M&A, Intellectual Property, Healthcare and Life Sciences as well as International Commercial & Trade, Can Sözer is able to advise his IT/C clients in a wide range of areas.

Can Sözer is an active member of the Digital Economy Committee of AmCham Türkiye (American Business Forum in Türkiye), and a member of the Microsoft Outside Council Network, to which reputable lawyers from the Middle East and Africa are members. He is also a member of the Turkish Industry and Business Association’s (TUSIAD), International Investors Association (YASED) and German-Turkish Chamber of Trade and Industry's (AHK) working groups.
