Callum is the Managing Partner of Sterlington in the British Virgin Islands, focusing on crypto, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters in the BVI, often with cross-border elements.
He has nearly two decades of offshore legal experience, including working in the Cayman Islands and Guernsey. Callum's expertise as a highly skilled litigator and advocate extends to digital assets, corporate shareholder disputes, contentious investment fund and trust disputes, and cross-border insolvency matters.
Before joining Sterlington, Callum was a partner at a renowned offshore firm, in their insolvency and dispute resolution group. Prior to this, Callum was based in Australia where he handled a broad range of commercial litigation and insolvency work before the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia.
