Caleb Bonm

Practice focuses on sophisticated family law and matrimonial matters, with particular experience in complex divorce involving closely held businesses, high-net-worth estates, significant financial issues, and marital assets exceeding $1 million. Regularly represents clients in complex parenting and custody disputes, Hague Convention proceedings, international divorce and child custody matters, domestic and international relocation cases, and parenting plan modifications.

Caleb Bonm is a Principal at Skellenger Bender and served as the firm's President from 2020 to 2024. He focuses his practice exclusively on family law, representing clients in complex matrimonial matters involving high-net-worth estates, closely held business interests, sophisticated financial issues, and high-conflict parenting disputes. His practice also includes prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, parentage, adoption, assisted reproductive technology (ART), and LGBTQ+ family law matters.

Caleb is particularly recognized for his experience in international family law. He regularly represents clients in cross-border divorce, international child custody disputes, Hague Convention proceedings, international jurisdictional matters, and cases involving complex international financial issues. He has extensive experience litigating international child abduction matters in both state and federal courts and is a trusted resource for attorneys navigating cross-border family law issues.

In addition to representing clients, Caleb serves as a mediator and arbitrator in family law disputes and is appointed as a Family Court Commissioner Pro Tempore for the King County Superior Court.
