Caio Medici Madureira has extensive experience in managing and conducting legal proceedings in the banking sector (commercial banking, investment banking, and stockbroking), as well as in the food, gas, and tyre industries, the third sector, and retail. His work is distinguished by his expertise in managing and leading large law firms, along with his well-established practice in **due diligence**, risk management, and provisioning for legal portfolios.
In addition to drafting contracts and legal opinions, Caio has broad experience in civil and employment consultancy and litigation. His work encompasses collective negotiations with trade unions, cases before the Labour Prosecutor's Office, participation in hearings, and delivering oral arguments in court.

Caio Madureira has more than 15 years of experience in representing large companies in judicial conflicts and arbitrations with discussions regarding contracts, civil liability and consumer protection code.
With extensive experience in banking law, he acts as a focal point in the advisory and litigation area advising and representing important financial institutions, food, gas industry and tires industries, also as retailers.
Over the past year, he has actively assessed the conduct of bank fraud cases, as well as Public Civil Actions related to customer service due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Caio is a member of the Sao Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP) and of the Brazilian Association of Corporate Lawyers (ABRAC). He is a honorary member of the Special Commission on Lusophone Law of the Federal Council of the Brazilian Bar Association.
Caio is presently reading a Masters in Labour law at the Law School of the University of São Paulo
