Bryan Kernitsky

Intellectual Property, Mergers and Acquisitions.

Bryan Kernitsky is mainly focused on Intellectual Property & New Technologies in matters such as trademarks, patents and copyrights, as well as other related areas such as privacy and data protection, advertising and labeling regulations. His experience and focus on intangible assets make him constantly involved in mergers and acquisitions transactions, contractual negotiations such as license and service agreements, tender processes, and litigation where said assets play a relevant role.

He was teaching assistant of Constitutional Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School between 2010 and 2017, as well teaching assistant of Common Law Contract in 2011 and 2015.

He is a member of the Chilean Association of Intellectual Property (ACHIPI)and the International Trademark Association (INTA) where he has been part of different committees.

He was admitted to practice in Chile in 2014.

He joined Claro & Cia. in 2018.
