Bryan D. Bolton

Bryan has over thirty years of experience in ERISA and insurance regulatory proceedings. He regularly advises life, health and disability insurers in all types of litigation related matters. Bryan frequently advises property and casualty insurers in connection with insurance regulatory and compliance matters, including disputes with the Maryland People's Counsel. Bryan also has experience working with surplus lines insurers and the overseas market. Bryan has worked on innumerable matters before the Maryland Insurance Administration and offers a unique perspective on the Maryland regulatory environment. Bryan also has extensive Medicare experience in Fair Hearings before the Office of Administrative Hearings and in appeal proceedings before the Maryland Department of Health. Bryan has extensive experience representing self-funded health plans in ERISA related matters.
