Acts on the structuring and implementation of a variety of complex transactions for raising funds, either through debt, equity, convertible or securitization instruments. Experienced in sectors such as transportation, energy, sanitation, ports, agribusiness, ESG, airports, highways, oil and gas, maritime, banking, mining, sugar and ethanol, and paper and cellulose.
