Brian Youn

Brian Youn is special counsel of Milbank’s Seoul office and a member of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Brian has a highly diversified international finance practice and regularly advises financial institutions, including Korean ECAs, sponsors, investment advisers, investment banks, airlines, including major Korean carriers, and companies in financings in various contexts, including project finance, aircraft finance, real estate finance, structured finance, derivatives and restructuring. He has significant experience in representing clients on the financing and development of complex, large-scale power, oil and gas, mining and other infrastructure projects as well as extensive experience in securitization and M&A transactions. Brian is a native Korean speaker and practiced in the firm’s New York office before relocating to Seoul.
