Brian practices in probate, state, and federal courts throughout Georgia and has served as lead counsel in over 25 successful jury trials and hundreds of hearings and bench trials. His representation includes advising clients through all phases of litigation, including case analysis, the commencement of litigation, discovery, motion practice, and trial. When appropriate, Brian works toward favorable settlement opportunities, including mediation, for his clients.

Brian has served on the DeKalb County Board of Ethics, as a board member of the Museum School of Avondale Estates, and the Athens Technical College Foundation. Brian also served a number of years on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Brain also served as President and as a board member of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
