Brian C. Oh is a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. He practices primarily in the areas of international dispute resolution, antitrust & competition, and product liability & consumer law. He also represents the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Practice. Mr. Oh has provided corporate clients with assistance regarding a broad range of litigation, government investigation, and crisis management matters in Korea. He has extensive experience in defending and advising multinational companies on Korean civil and criminal proceedings. As a member of the firm’s TMT Practice, Mr. Oh counsels world’s leading technology companies for Korean regulatory compliance in the areas of fair trade, privacy, product safety, anticorruption, and customs regulation, and legislative advocacy.
