Bojan is an independent Attorney at Law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners, also a Partner in the Competition Practice Group, recognised as one of the leading competition lawyers in Serbia. He has extensive experience in advising clients on all competition and antitrust related matters, with particular expertise in the areas of merger control, abuse of dominance and restrictive agreements. His areas of specialisation are telecommunications and fast moving consumer goods and he has worked on some of the largest and most complex transactions and competition matters in the region.
Bojan also co-authors the annual "Focus on Competition" publication issued by Karanovic & Partners, gathering an overview of the recent trends and developments in the CEE and throughout Europe. He is regularly acting as a speaker or moderator in regional conferences covering various competition, regulatory, public procurement and similar themes, especially in highly-regulated industries.
