Björn Sjöberg is a Partner in the firm's Banking and Finance group, where he represents both finance providers and borrowers. He works mainly with leveraged- and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance, particularly receivables and project finance. He has been involved in several of the largest infrastructure project financings in Sweden as well as acted for the funders on many of the major Unitranche financings completed under Swedish law. Björn also has considerable experience of capital market transactions of various kinds, such as MTN/EMTN programs, bond issues, convertible bonds, securitization and participating debentures.
