Bill Gibson is a Partner at Vedder Price and a member of the Global Transportation Finance team in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Gibson focuses his practice on a broad range of financings involving various asset types and portfolios of equipment, concentrating particularly on commercial and corporate aviation finance. He advises financiers, lessors and airlines in connection with the leasing and financing of commercial and corporate aircraft on a broad range of cross-border leasing and financing transactions, including ECA-supported and tax based financings. He covers procurement, portfolio transactions and operating leases for a range of major industry participants.

In addition to Mr. Gibson’s commercial aviation experience, he also acts on behalf of financiers and train operating companies in connection with the financing and leasing of rolling stock.
