Beth McCormack

Beth F. McCormack represents clients in complex family law matters involving closely held businesses, professional practices, executive compensation, real property, and multi-jurisdictional assets. She practices across all three resolution paths, litigation, mediation, and collaborative law, and advises clients on which path a matter actually calls for rather than defaulting to one.

She is regularly appointed by Illinois courts as a Child Representative and Guardian ad Litem, work that informs her approach to contested parenting matters in high-asset and high-profile cases.

Beth has practiced family law for more than three decades and handles matters where privacy, valuation complexity, and reputational exposure are central concerns.

Ms. McCormack’s vast family law experience enables her to handle and settle complex and sophisticated issues many families face. She is an unwavering advocate for the best interests of children and easily navigates families through the highly emotional nature of any divorce.
