Her practice includes trial work in both federal and state courts as well as alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration proceedings. Ms. Krimsky’s land use and real estate litigation practice includes trial court litigation as well as representation of clients in quasi-judicial proceedings before city and county commissions and/or government bodies. She also has extensive experience pursuing, litigating and succeeding in claims under the Bert J. Harris Act and obtaining extraordinary writs of mandamus and petitions for writ of certiorari throughout the state.
Ms. Krimsky also serves as local counsel for many out-of-state law firms and companies with Florida matters helping to address contract disputes, unfair and deceptive trade practice claims, fraud claims, bank disputes, technology-based claims (including social media and cryptocurrency) and real estate-related disputes by way of example.
Ms. Krimsky’s estate and probate litigation experience is based in Florida and she has addressed significant disputes at all stages of a potential claim for a variety of family members including assessing claims at the start and litigating claims to resolution.
Throughout her career, Ms. Krimsky has received numerous accolades for her work in and out of the courtroom. Most recently, she was selected as the winner of the “Attorney of the Year” award at the Florida Legal Awards by the Daily Business Review / American Lawyer Media for 2024.
