Benoît Chatelain

Member of the Paris bar association, Benoît advises private individuals, entrepreneurs and corporate clients regarding their tax related matters in France and overseas.

Benoît has extensive experience in the following areas, among others:

- estate planning

- tax and social security aspects of international mobility for private individuals, employees and company executives

- tax advice for founders and shareholders in M&A and private equity transactions

- tax structuring of real estate and financial investments by foreign tax residents

- trusts

- tax audits and tax disputes before the courts. Tax ruling procedures with the French tax authorities.

Before founding the firm, Benoît worked as a tax lawyer for several years at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.

He was admitted to the French bar association in 2013.
