I am a Principal Associate in Shoosmiths’ Banking and Finance team, based in London, specialising in mid-market acquisition and leveraged finance. I advise banks, financial institutions, private equity houses and corporates on complex acquisition finance mandates, multi-jurisdictional financings and private equity-backed transactions, supporting clients through every stage of the financing process.
In 2025, I completed an eight-month secondment with Investec Bank plc’s Direct Lending team, providing on-desk legal support for mid-market UK and European leveraged finance transactions.
I trained at Shoosmiths and qualified into the Banking and Finance team in 2019.
