Beata Leja

Beata Leja is a Principal attorney at the law firm of Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. Beata’s practice includes both employment-based and family-based immigration law, with a particular passion for tackling complex immigration cases and helping undocumented and documented immigrants seek relief through employment-based options.

Beata has been an attorney with Minsky, McCormick & Hallagan, P.C. since 2007 and serves as a managing partner of the firm. Prior to being an attorney, she worked as a public school teacher through Teach for America. She serves as a Board Member of the Young Center for Immigrant Children's Rights, a nonprofit fighting for the rights and best interests of separated and unaccompanied immigrant children in detention. She was previously an adjunct professor teaching immigration law at John Marshall Law School.
