Batya Nadler is a Partner at Norm Law in the Investment Funds practice group. Batya specializes in private equity and investment funds. Prior to joining Norm, she served as Counsel in the Private Equity Funds practice at Torys LLP in New York. She advises both fund sponsors and major institutional investors across a wide spectrum of private fund matters, including fund formation and complex investment strategies, as well as fund investment across a range of strategies and structures. Batya’s clients include leading global pension plans and asset managers.
Batya has worked on numerous high-profile transactions and fund investments, reflecting deep technical expertise and a practical, business-oriented approach to client service.
