She has experience for over 20 years handling the full range of corporate/M&A transactions. She has represented clients in a wide range of sectors, in particular in the oil & gas, industrials, media, real estate, retail, banking and energy sectors. Baran has acted on various M&A transactions for both domestic and international investors, ranging from small and mid-cap to big-ticket transactions, including on leveraged buy-outs and leveraged recaps.
