Bakhyt Tukulov is the founding partner of TKS Disputes and one of Kazakhstan’s leading dispute resolution specialists. He advises on high-value commercial litigation, international arbitration and complex cross-border matters involving Kazakh law. His practice includes shareholder and contract disputes, fraud and asset tracing, insolvency litigation, and matters requiring urgent interim relief.
Before establishing TKS Disputes, he led the dispute resolution practice at one of Kazakhstan’s largest domestic firms and previously worked as counsel at an international law firm. He regularly appears before the AIFC Court and Kazakh courts and acts in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules.
