He represents sponsors, banks, MLAs, ministries, public authorities, funds and investors in the development, construction, financing or acquisition of major projects. Ayaz brings 25 years of experience in over 30 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Ayaz’s projects have typically involved governments, MLAs and ECAs, and have been pursued as PPPs or on a BOT, BOOT or BOO basis. Several of his projects have established the framework, concession structure or model agreements for the pursuit of major energy or infrastructure projects in a country.
