Counsels clients in a broad range of transactional matters in the traditional and transitional energy space (including acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and structured financing arrangements) as well as operational agreements and offtake and midstream agreements in conjunction with a variety of energy-focused projects. His experience includes advising energy clients dealing with distressed situations, whether in the form of restructuring financial arrangements or acquiring or divesting properties. Frequently represents clients on projects across the energy value chain including, the upstream, midstream, produced water, carbon capture and energy storage sectors.
