Atu Siwatibau

Atu is a founding partner of Siwatibau and Sloan and provides commercial legal advice and services in all areas but particularly in the areas of major projects, energy, telecommunications and intellectual property law.

Atu specializes in project-based work where he gives general and specialized commercial advice. Over the last 15 years Atu has been the involved in many of Fiji's major infrastructure projects including renewable energy projects and construction projects.

Atu Siwatibau qualified as a lawyer in 1996 in New Zealand and practiced for seven years in an Auckland CBD commercial law firm in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions and Intellectual Property. He then came to Fiji and practiced for two years in a commercial firm in the fields of General Commercial, Corporate and Intellectual Property.
